CRUISES | Rethymno - Milos One Day Cruise
Our first stop is Sarakiniko, one of Milos’ most famous beaches, known for its stunning white volcanic rocks and crystal-clear waters. Visitors can explore caves, capture breathtaking photos, and
swim in its unique, lunar-like landscape.
Our second stop is the Aggeria Mines, one of the largest and most impressive bentonite and perlite
mines in the world. Spanning 2.5 km in length and 700 meters in
width, visitors will have 15 minutes to take photos of the mining
remnants and the rugged landscape, which offers a unique
glimpse into Milos’
industrial history and
geological
significance.
Third stop Pollonia, a picturesque fishing village, is perfect for a seaside stroll, fresh seafood, and relaxing on the sandy beach. Its whitewashed houses and crystal-clear blue waters create a peaceful, idyllic Cycladic escape.
Next, we head to the charming capital of Milos, Plaka. After a stroll through its scenic alleys leading to the church of Panagia Korfiatissa, visitors will have free time to explore the beauty of the island’s capital, with its quaint streets and stunning panoramic views.
The remaining time we will enjoy Adamas, the main port of Milos. It is a vibrant seaside town with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops along the waterfront. For a quick cultural experience, visitors can stop by the Church of Agios Haralambos, which offers insight into the island’s rich history.
